IFMK attorneys are licensed in seven Midwest states and have represented employers and insurance companies in Workers’ Compensation cases since 1990.  We not only help our clients find ways to resolve Workers' Compensation matters without a hearing, we also advise them on whether to bring a case before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission (WCC) and similar governing bodies in Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Missouri, and Wisconsin.

We offer experience, knowledge and understanding of relevant state Worker's Compensation laws.  Whether a claim involves a parking lot fall, a repetitive trauma such as carpal tunnel syndrome, or a stress-related heart attack, we work with our clients to prepare against non-compensable or fraudulent claims.
