Ann Cassidy Bernard joined IFMK Law from Inman and Fitzgibbons (I&F). She began her legal career as Clerk for Allen Sharp, Chief Judge, for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Subsequently, she practiced law for a medium sized firm in the areas of insurance defense and employment law. She then became In-House Counsel for a telecommunication firm where she was responsible for the human resources and employment issues for over 500 employees. Ann concentrates her practice on defending worker’s compensation clients throughout Indiana. In addition to worker’s compensation, she has experience in various practice areas including insurance defense, general litigation, employment, and telecommunications law. She has represented insurance defense clients through pleadings, discovery, motions, and all aspects of trial preparation.
