With over 20 years of experience as a litigator, Paul brings deep expertise representing insurance companies, corporations, and individuals across a broad spectrum of complex legal matters. His practice is primarily in workers’ compensation.
Paul has successfully managed every stage of litigation—from exhaustive research and discovery to drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and trying cases before administrative law judges, judges and juries. This extensive trial experience has honed his ability to prioritize effectively, perform under pressure, and communicate confidently in front of diverse audiences. Additionally, he has negotiated numerous settlements, tailoring strategies to the unique complexities of each case.
Paul is passionate about advocating for his clients with diligence and integrity while navigating the intricacies of the law. He is committed to leveraging his experience to resolve challenging disputes and support clients through legal complexities with clarity and confidence.
Paul currently serves on the Iowa State Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section Council and the Illinois State Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section Council.
Paul enjoys traveling with his wife and lives in Davenport, Iowa.
