IFMK Law Vice President, Kevin Deuschle, will lead this 3-part webinar concerning  the role of attorneys, claims handlers, and insureds in claims handling. We will define ethics, and discuss guidelines and ethical principles and their importance in working with clients. Topics covered include conflicts of interest, confidentiality, honesty, diligence, professionalism, and documentation.  

*Participants will receive one credit for each hour of attendance. You are not required to attend all three sessions.
